TTE1000P upgrade turbocharger for 5.0l V10 Bi-Turbo RS6
The only expansion stage for the Audi RS6 C6 models. They fit plug & play to the original position, respond like series and deliver significantly more power than the series parts.
For the production of the TTE1000P upgrade turbocharger, TTE uses special, milled compressor wheels of the latest generation made of high-strength aluminum and very thin blades. They are not only larger than the series parts, but also equipped with the extended tip technology. They therefore convey significantly more air mass and still respond very early. The standard compressor housing with anti-surge are machined with a CNC milling machine so that they can accommodate the new wheels. You reach an air mass of 615l / hour, so 23% more than series.
The original Borg Warner turbine wheels undergo the tried and tested abrasion by TTE, the so-called clipping. The ends of the turbine blades are rounded to a certain contour, which increases the throughput, reduces the load on the turbine and thus reduces the exhaust gas back pressure. Another advantage of clipping is the reduction in the weight of the turbines, which results in earlier turbocharger response.
The 360 ° bearing used ensures a higher load capacity and a quick response of the loader. The standard pressure cell of the wastegate is adapted to the new environmental conditions by equipping it with a stronger spring. Thanks to the TTE brackets, the spring rate can even be further adjusted by the owner, if this is desired or necessary.
The extremely precise balance of every TTE turbocharger is a key element for longevity, sound and function, which is why TTE attaches great importance to this process. Each individual component is initially balanced in several levels at 2800 rpm. The trunk group is then assembled and dynamically balanced again in several levels at up to 250,000 rpm. At TTE, this process takes place on a VSR balancing machine; each turbocharger is supplied with a balancing report that you can clearly assign to your TTE charger using the serial number and which you can always see with which values your turbocharger left the factory.

The price for the conversion of your series loader is only valid if an operational, undamaged original loader is sent. If the part sent is not suitable for conversion, you will receive a cost estimate after it has been dismantled.
